Yields: 8 mini tarts (4 toddler servings)
Cookware / Tools:
- Mini muffin tin
- Small saucepan
- Circular cookie cutter (*See Note 1)
- Paperclip Silicone Plates

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie dough
- 2 medium apples, peeled & diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease mini muffin tin.
- Cut pie dough into circles with cookie cutter (*See Note 1)
- Gently press dough circles into muffin tin cups.
- In saucepan, cook apples with butter, sugar, and spices until soft.
- Spoon apple filling into dough cups.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until dough is golden.

Notes:
- If you don't have a circular cookie cutter at home, the top of most cups will do. For this recipe I used a glass water cup to create the perfect circles.
