Our Warranty Coverage
- All Paperclip products are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What's Covered
- Broken or faulty diaper bag hardware (e.g., zippers, clasps, buckles)
- Seams or stitching that come apart prematurely
- Silicone feeding products with material defects (e.g., warping, tearing)
- Broken or faulty high chair parts (e.g. tray, legs, straps)
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, scuffs, or discoloration over time)
- Accidental damage (spills, drops, or misuse)
- Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use outside of intended purpose
How to File a Warranty Claim
1. Email us at info@papercliplife.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and defect
2. Our team will review your claim and provide next steps within 5 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or provide store credit for your item at no cost to you.
Additional Notes
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
