⚠️ STORE CLOSING — IMPORTANT WARRANTY UPDATE

Paperclip is permanently ceasing operations on July 1, 2026. As a result, the following changes to our warranty program take effect immediately:

Warranty Claim Deadline: June 15, 2026

To allow our team time to process claims before our closing date, all warranty claims must be submitted by June 15, 2026. We will not be able to receive, review, or fulfill any warranty claims submitted after this date.

If you believe you have a covered warranty issue with a Paperclip product purchased at any time, please file your claim now rather than waiting. Even if your product is still in good working condition, we encourage you to retain your order confirmation, receipts, and any product registration records for your own future reference.

Warranty Coverage on Closing Sale Orders (May 13 – June 30, 2026)

For orders placed on or after May 13, 2026 as part of our store closing sale, our standard 2-Year Limited Warranty does not apply due to the cessation of our operations. Instead, these orders are covered only by a limited damaged/defective-on-arrival policy:

  • If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must email returns@papercliplife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement (if inventory is available) or a partial/full refund at our sole discretion.
  • No coverage is provided for issues arising more than 7 days after delivery.

After July 1, 2026

After July 1, 2026, Paperclip will no longer be operational. Our website, customer service email addresses, and all support channels will be discontinued. No warranty claims, repairs, replacements, or refunds will be issued after this date for any product, regardless of original purchase date or warranty period.

We deeply regret the inconvenience this causes for customers whose warranty period would have extended beyond our closing date. This decision was not made lightly. If you've purchased from us in the past and want to ensure your product is in good condition before our closing, please reach out to info@papercliplife.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to make things right while we still can.

Original Warranty Policy

The terms below describe our standard warranty program and apply to any covered warranty claims submitted on or before June 15, 2026 for products purchased before May 13, 2026.

At Paperclip, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. Your trust means everything to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Our Warranty Coverage

  • All Paperclip products purchased before May 13, 2026 are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the Store Closing Update above.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What's Covered

  • Broken or faulty diaper bag hardware (e.g., zippers, clasps, buckles)
  • Seams or stitching that come apart prematurely
  • Silicone feeding products with material defects (e.g., warping, tearing)
  • Broken or faulty high chair parts (e.g. tray, legs, straps)

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, scuffs, or discoloration over time)
  • Accidental damage (spills, drops, or misuse)
  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use outside of intended purpose
  • Any product purchased on or after May 13, 2026 (covered only by the 7-day damaged-on-arrival policy described above)
  • Any claim submitted after June 15, 2026, regardless of original purchase date or remaining warranty period

How to File a Warranty Claim

⚠️ Reminder: All warranty claims must be submitted by June 15, 2026.

  1. Email us at info@papercliplife.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and defect

2. Our team will review your claim and provide next steps within 5 business days. As we approach our closing date, response times may be longer — please file as early as possible.

3. If approved, we'll repair, replace, or provide store credit for your item at no cost to you. Please note that store credit must be used by June 25, 2026 so that any replacement orders can ship before our July 1 closing date.

Additional Notes

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Replacement items provided under warranty are not covered for any remaining period after July 1, 2026.
  • Inventory for replacements is limited and not guaranteed. If a replacement product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
