Not a good product, do not buy. The bag doesn’t stand up on its own and the main compartment is quite narrow, which makes it difficult to retrieve items, which is the primary benefit of a diaper bag like this. The styling and detail on the bag aren’t very nice up close either. Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of better products out there.

You know something is good quality when even the tape job on the shipment box is crisp!I love the fact that this bag is versatile. You have the adjustable (and removable) Velcro dividers inside a removable and washable changing pad and a laptop pocket. You also get a shoulder carry strap when the typical backpack straps just aren't what works for you. I love that there's a luggage handle pass through. I wish my other bag had that when we were travelling a ton a few years ago! There's a zipper at the top of the flap to access the main compartment without unbuckling the whole top which is great in theory. However it's too small to get much out of. The wet pocket is a great idea as well! I just need to figure out the best way to clean it if there were soiled clothes in there. Also there's a magnetic closure on the flap but unfortunately it isn't strong enough to be useful. If it were stronger that would be AMAZING as you won't have to unclasp the flap every time to access the diaper bag. The side pocket is a smidge small anything more than a phone or keys but I do love how they have a tethered keychain. I think a sort of clasp or lock on the zippers to open the changing flap would be helpful for when parents grow out of the diaper changing stage and just need a bag. Otherwise the back opens too easily. The shoulder straps double up as stroller straps if you clip them higher up on themselves and tighten all the way!

Lots of storage space and super comfortable. I didn't think I would like the square design but I do! Love the padding. Makes it very comfortable. I also like that they made the changing station removable for once baby outgrows it. There is plenty of storage space and it plenty of compartments and zippered pockets. Very happy with this bag! And LOVE that it is made from recycled ocean plastic.

First and foremost: Customer service is phenomenal. This bag is large and spacious but the highlight is the foldout changing pad. It has saved me many times when places don’t have tables and even when they do it’s great to have the security comfort and sanitary advantage that this bag offers atop a public changing station. Also appreciate its aesthetic; really love that it doesn’t look like a typical diaper bag.

I received this diaper bag and thought it would be nice for my husband to carry since I already had one that I liked. Well turns out, we both use this one 90% of the time now because I love it so much. We have a 2 year old and 6 month old and the fold out diaper pad is so perfect for the 6 month old. My 2 year old is too long for it but I still lay him in it to somewhat contain him. It has so many convenient pockets and separations that make it easy to find everything. The zipper on the top if perfect if I need to grab something on the top. One of the other best things is the expandable cup holder on the side. So many other bags I've used have restricted cup holders which doesn't allow you to pack the inside. This way I can have the inside packed to the brim, but still have space to slip in my kid's water bottle, bottle, or my water. I have the Baked Oak color, which is a purpley color, but cute enough for me to carry and manly enough for my husband to carry. The mesh section is perfect to throw in diapers to be easily accessible for changes. The outer pocket on the back is perfect to slip in coloring books for when we go out to dinner. I could go on forever about how amazing this bag is and definitely exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic bag! Impeccable customer service! I received this bag as a gift from my girlfriend’s off my registry. After a decent amount of use one of the zippers was giving me trouble. I reached out to customer service to see about getting it repaired, as I loved the bag and wanted to continue using it but it was a gift and I didn’t have the receipt. They responded quickly, and after a couple questions took complete care of me, making sure I still had my Willow bag ready for use for years to come.

Pro:
I find myself using the zipper on top very often. It is the best thing i like about this bag.
Quality, well made and the backpack straps are comfortable.
Keep its shape, making it easy to find or grab things in and out. I have a state diaper bag and it often loses the shape when it is not full.
Cons:
May be a bit heavy without packing it to the rim.
It will be nice if the diaper changing pad can be separated from the mesh bag. The mesh bag can be used along with the bag even after the changing pad is no longer needed.
Insulated bottle holder will be nice.
Would like additional outside pocket.

This is honestly the best diaper bag I've ever had! I've gone through maybe 5 different diaper bags and never found one that met ALL my needs. I also like the attached changing pad. It's also great for naps in a pinch if we're out and about! My favortie part about it is that it's made from recycled plastic. Thank you, Willow!!

Perfect everyday bag! I thought this would only be my travel bag but it has quickly become my everyday bag. You can tell so much thought went into this design. It’s adjustable, washable, and the changing pad is a huge plus (and removable for when your child grows) overall highly recommend.

I was offered this bag in exchange for my honest review. I wanted to really love this bag, I was most excited about the removable changing mat. When I got it, it was smaller than I imagined (still an okay size for quick outings but didn’t quite fit everything for a longer outing). There are all kinds of pockets and removable Velcro sections that were nice! I was a little disappointed with the length of the changing part (but I do have a tall baby). He fit most of the way on it but he was just a tad too tall. Overall it’s a pretty good little bag…I just wish the bag was a little thicker to fit more stuff and the changing pad was a little longer.

Super great versatile backpack! Backpack material feels very high quality. Comfortable straps and weight. Channing pad is removable for cleaning purposes or to use backpack in a different way. Once I’m done utilizing this backpack as a diaper bag I can easily transition to using it as a work bag! I do wish there was slightly more room in the backpack but overall very satisfied with the features!

First, this bag is so soft and sleek! The straps and back padding make it so comfortable. I’d like a tad bit more storage but this feature actually helped me consolidate what was actually important in a diaper bag making it lighter than my last. I love the attached changing pad and the ease of use. I would recommend this bag to a new or experienced mom. I can easily see everything in my bag and grab it through the easy hidden zipper on the top flap.
